I bought 3 days back, my sborg not been setup yet, this is what they say:

Dear Sir,

we'll setup your account as soon as the fileserve problem is solved and that will be today and also we'll credit you the days of the loss that you have had for the service

I don't really get it, why would you make a new thread instead of just asking them over their support sections as posting here would only create more drama around here.
 
It worked the first time, i made 3 replies to the ticket, but after that reply they wouldn't reply, they're cocks.
 
There is a problem with server so we are trying to fix them first before setting up any kind of services on them. We are trying to avoid any problem faced by our customers in future. And about your sBrog it will be setup within next few hours...
 
Very old? Just three months ago. And no drama here.

If I read a negative review, I will think twice in getting onboard with a company. Especially if the owners do threaten their customers.

Site have gain many good reputations within this 3 Months. And now we have got many new and skilled staffs so there won't be anymore problem regarding to support. To be said threatening out customers? We have gained many customers working with our company for more than a 10 Months and they haven't faced any type of problems...

Why havent you refunded him, if you offered him a refund? you just blanked his request in the support area (which is just absurd and unproffesional)
 
Maybe the sales manager ain't online, give them another 24 hours, you've been waitin for ages anyways xD.
