Need sugestion create and promote adult site/blog

i'm uploader and need some sugestion which is more effective, create forum or blog adult?
it is good if i add my site name on all of my file and post in many forum?
what other technique to promote adult site beside link exchange on popular blog and submited on ddl site?

well thanks dj norix,
already install wordpress on my pc and i will try upload to my hosting, the only problem maybe how to get high trafic, need for more experience on that:D
