Dear Webmasters ,
you all witnessed it already ...
Uploaders uploading for money . Where are the good old times ? when uploaders actually uploaded pure for the sake of sharing their stuff with the world . nowadays they call it an "uploadservice" 1 gig for 1 dollar ?
since when do people pay for pirated stuff ? ...
i mean cmon .. what's the point of warez if in 1 year every webmaster will be paying for his/her content on his/her board , because if this stays like this i predict uploaders that don't wanna get payed will be very rare.
with this topic i just want to make you people aware that we better put the uploaders that offer such a service out of service before they spread the "MoneyUpload" Idea accros all other uploaders.. i suggest not doing bussiness and just let your uploaders come natural for the sake of sharing !

let's keep the essence of warez.. Sharing is Caring !

EDIT : This has probably something to do with the huge amount of kids that wanna earn some bux

Time is money! Its not 90's.. well i personally don't like this money uploading Game. but if they are offering, its upto them. So making this thread won't stop them. i mean no need to stop them. if they are offering a good price and ppl like it, why you worry....

While I agree with the sentiment of your post I can also see why webmaster of smaller forums (like me) would pay for someone to upload some posts, its hard to get the ball rolling and paying such a small amount to get the ball rolling is understandable.

Ive never paid for anyone to upload to my site but ive spent a lot of time posting myself as have my friends and were only just approaching 1000 threads, if I could have paid a small fee for someone to do it for me I probably would have. :P

However my site is pretty niche so when me and my friend started it we knew it would be an awful lot of work at first. It seems to be paying off but we have had to invest about a 2 months of personal uploading / posting before anyone who we didn’t know personally uploaded / posted anything.

Personally the money id spend on paying someone to post for me would be far better spent buying some EP's / Digital Download that havnt been ripped before and uploading them. The more unique content the site has the more people will join / use. That doesn’t apply for most medias except Books and Music.

ya dude, you are right.. but you see every body is after money.. like 80% uploaders switched to hotfile from Rapidshare.. why? cause they require some money for the work they do. and ya its a loss may be. but see we got many good uploaders like moby (lol moby you see i appreciated you, now upload for me too. lol), and exiles.. etc

If the uploads are branded , why do you think they will upload it ? if its not , then i haven't see anyone uploading unbranded files for money ! .

it's not about your Quantity mate it's about the quality ..
You can get you're forum off the ground with natural uploaders aswell
i remember i never payed anyone for uploading .. i found good reliable people to count on and help me build the site .. i found uploaders that post quality uploads and i'll make sure theyre topics get the exposure they diserve .. and that's good deal i guess .. we can't forget uploaders that ask payment get double payed also for all downloads they receive the filehost will pay them a small fee .. think about hotfile .. isn't that enough ?

I fully agree with you, if you look at my forum there is nothing slap dash about it, every post is categorized and made in accordance to the Posting Guidelines.

You can get you're forum off the ground with natural uploaders aswell

This is the point I was trying to make, "natural uploaders" are not going to upload to an empty forum, they want exposure and will go to the places they can get the most (warez-bb etc) which is the entire reason people pay for others to upload lots of topics / threads to their forum (to populate it with content to make it more appealing)

and i'll make sure theyre topics get the exposure they diserve ..

Im presuming by this you mean a network like Katz, im really not interesting in posting to such a place, I dont want to pay for the bandwidth tons of 30 seconds visitors will bring. Im trying to build an; active, fun, community that isn't just about downloading but also discussion.

The reason people are willing to pay for uploaders is because they can't get many uploaders for there site and they need more quality upload so they are willing to pay for it so I see no problem with people providing a service for those people.

Also I don't understand why you've got such a problem with it? It's not as if they're forcing you to charge for your uploads or pay your uploaders.

This will never be the case because release groups don't do it for the money, they never had and never will do. They get people to release there uploads (releasers or whatever they are called) and if one of them turns round one day and says no I want paying they'll just find someone else who is willing to.

it's not about release groups i am talking it's about the individual uploaders that see that other uploaders get away with getting payed for uploads so they will most likely start charging for their uploads too ... and thats a neverending cycle ..
releasegroups will do it for free indeed , but it's the individual downloader and uploader that spread it across all forums and websites ..
And if they all notice they can make money with it .... i don't have to tell what kinda impact this could have on the freedom to share ..

and the same thing will happen to this scene as well,i myself have not and will not pay someone money to upload files which everyone can get for free,i will upload myself,there are some great quality uploaders as well that all do it for free,i wont list names for fear of leaving out some of the others (anyone that uploads to share w/o profit deserves props)

I Totally disagree... even if you upload with url and pass that doesnt change the fact you are amking money out of pirated software .. what is completly against the sharing ethics .. and yes the filehosts even payout ! so u are getting payed for uploading the^pirated content for some webmaster and you are being payed by the filehosts .. that double earned .. The second earnings are correct but the first earnings aren't in my opinion ..
but look that's my opinion , there will be people same minded as me and there will be people defending your statements and that's where this board is all about discussing topics .. the freedom to discuss .. let's keep warez in a "free jacket" aswell. cause that's what uploaders that request money for warez do .. put a FREE file in a jacket the webmaster has to pay for .

exactly u are uploading for points and what u do with those points is your bussiness , but atleast u offered ur files for free ...
And cmon hard work i'm uploader myself i uploaded over 5000 movies and i still say it wasn't hard work ..
as a matter of fact it's easy ..
U put your files in the uploadqueue and you go have a drink in the café or watch football with your friends while your files are loading ..
what is hard work about uploading ? ! you sit on ur ass and watch the progress .

will you upload here or anyone out there, NO.. cause you see its a new forum and no traffic at all. So if uploaders are offering a reasonable price for you than its perfectly okay. they deserve that. i mean when you aren't willing to help me, then i have to get fuckin paid uploaders.
