Which server is stronger/better ?

RAM 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 667MHz

2.
Intel C2D E7400
2048 MB DDR2 RAM

Between these 2, which one is stronger ?

I think 2nd server is better.

It's quite simple, Core2Duo > Dual core. So the second one is much stronger.

The atom is intels "cheap" cpu, basically just made to be the low grade and affordable option. It's not powerful, it's not great in any way, and it will never give you the power you sometimes want.

Core2Duo on the other hand came out around 3 years ago, and was top of the line processor then. Comparably to the i5 and i7 now (i guess you can say the atom is an i3, cept worse) Core2Duo is more powerful and can still run sites pretty damn well, only thing is the technology isn't as up to date, but it is still better.
