Well its not allowed here requesting a name change, but as you sold your company or so then Admins might consider.

I will suggest you to request them to change your username providing them valid reasons for doing it. I think that if admins see that the reason is valid, they will change/if not, no other way out.

And yeah multiple accounts are not allowed, so better don't create one.
