Hi guys topic says it all, i need win vps or rdp to upload on hotfile.

HDD: 50-100GB
Bandwidth: unmetered or 1TB atleast
Port: 100mbps or 1gbit
I can pay only from Moneybookers.

Budget: 30$-40$, before buying i need a test account for 30mins to upload files on HF.
