How long are files stored, even if they aren't viewed? Are the files deleted?

Hi!
< 5k views per month on your account: files expire after 90 days of inactivity
5k-50k views per month on your account: files expire after 180 days of inactivity
50k+ views per month on your account: files do not expire

views on cloned videos reset the timer (shared expiry timer for cloned videos)

What types of files do you accept, porn? What video extensions can be uploaded? Do you have remote access to Katfile? The server where I was uploading as a backup died and I need to transfer files to another server, and what I have backed up from that server is on Katfile

I forgot to ask how you measure the duration of a video—in minutes or less?

Can you add option to turn off anti add block

Adult content is allowed/ We have not tested KatFile. If you are asking how duration is measured for paying views, it's converted internally into seconds and the minimum watch time for paid views is 1%.

Can you add option to turn off anti add block

Yes, but the adblock views would not be rewarded by us. Would that be fine for you?

I hope your hosting service runs well and of course lasts for a long time, because several hosting providers have stopped midway.

We want to adjust our service based on feedback.

How would you guys rate the speed / user experience when watching videos?

Does your service support multiple subtitles?

By the way, I notice that you have banned two users—correct me if I’m wrong—first thomsdavies, and then loola. Why? Could you tell us the reasons?

I’m asking this so I can avoid making the same mistakes they did, or perhaps to decide whether I should even use your service at all, given that you could ban users at any moment for any reason.

Thanks.
