Video files are now officially supported. We have also introduced a streaming option for selected uploaders who upload short videos with a maximum duration of 40 minutes. If you enable the streaming service, your CPM can be significantly higher than the standard PPD program. Whenever a visitor streams your video and downloads it, you earn from both streaming and downloading.
Please note that the streaming feature is currently in beta. To enable it on your account, you must apply manually by contacting us via email or Telegram: @Cloudfamio.

We are currently working with 10,000+ uploaders, and around 5 accounts have been flagged by our advertisers for poor traffic quality ( in last 4 months ).

We have no reason to withhold legitimate earnings. We are waiting for the advertisers' response, and if they release the payments, we will pay the uploaders accordingly. Even if they refuse, we will evaluate how much compensation we can provide from our own funds.

The flagged accounts files have already been removed from our platform.

And yeah most importantly uploaders who are working with us are happy with our service, its just we don't pay for fake reviews or force uploaders to write review here.

We hope everyone understands that this is an isolated issue involving a few accounts, not a platform-wide problem. We are committed to resolving it as fairly and transparently as possible.

Thank you for your clarification. My current balance is $11, and the minimum withdrawal amount is $15, with a $1.50 withdrawal fee.

Since I have not yet reached the minimum withdrawal threshold, I cannot verify the payment process for my own account.

Could you please clarify two things?

1. Once my balance reaches $15, will I be able to withdraw normally without any additional advertiser review or unexpected payment delays, assuming my traffic meets your quality requirements?
2. Given the current concerns about pending payments, would you recommend that I continue uploading and sending genuine traffic until I reach the withdrawal threshold, or should I wait for further confirmation?

That's a fake ass response. If that's the cause of withholding the payment for two payments, users have to be informed about this. Furthermore, this response came only after sharing these details online publicly and not in so many communications done in last month or so.

At this point, this is all pointless. I advise users to be careful and keep withdrawing your amount everyday or in two days as this is not a trustworthy host.

I'll try my best to get this banned or at least inform users about this scam.

• first they said because of custom cpm, I'll have to wait a month for the payments,
• then after a month they said they said the payment will be done soon and it may take some time due to upi but later payment will be done quickly.
• now he's saying because of advertisers withholding the payment, he can't pay.

So what's the guarantee that the same won't be done to others? It's not a false traffic issue as if someone trying to fake generate traffic, how an uploaders is responsible for good or bad quality traffic, they still have to pay.
