As for AlexHost we have never seen such professionalism before, they just suspended our reverse proxy service without any warning or time to allow us at least moving to another provider causing us 5h of downtime and loss

After we asked via support ticket this was the reply

Your service has been suspended due to non-compliance with policy 1.4 ( https://alexhost.com/acceptable-usage-policy/ ), which includes the prohibition of "Child Pornography, animal porn, models under the age of 18".

Stay Away from AlexHost they call themselves DMCA proof blah blah but they are not. Had bad experience with them for my hosting before.

I have been testing your hosting service for the past 10 days, and so far I’m very satisfied.

There is just one thing I don’t quite understand. In the statistics table, everything is clearly shown: the earnings from views, the earnings from views with ADB, and the total of both.

However, when I look at the total displayed at the top under my username, or when I want to request a payout, the ADB earnings are not included in the total.

Could you please explain why the ADB earnings are not included?

There was a issue on the ads mode it was not working the 25% ads mode was showing 100% ads / 100% revenue by default

It has been resolved now

this my problem to... When the ad closes, it reappears a second later.

One of our ad networks is showing those kind of ads normally we never had that before, we already contacted them to remove them

Meanwhile users can switch temporary to 75% ads-mode those banners should disappear

We will do a update here as soon as the banner problem has been resolved.

Whenever I add the JavaScript code to Custom Ads and click Save Settings, all videos immediately become unplayable. They show the following error:

404 – Video not found
“The video was not found or is still processing.”

The videos work normally before I save the Custom Ads settings. However, as soon as I save the JavaScript, all videos start showing this 404 error.

Could you please take a look at this issue as well? It seems like the Custom Ads JavaScript may be interfering with the video player or the video URLs.
