Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. As of today, all installations on our end are complete, and for some users we're waiting for a response—which means they haven't replied. The situation is different now; we used to install the script manually, but today every user can install Tubes Booster on their own, and the installation is done in just a few minutes. If you’ve ever installed WordPress, you’ll definitely be able to install Tubes Booster Video CMS as well. Send us a message at support. Thank you.

I sent an email, got a reply saying that the script doesn't work with Nginx, only Apache. So I set up another server, with Apache, but 404 error this time (after uploading the files from the zip). So I sent a reply and no reply (like last sunday).

The CDN works fine on my few video sites—for example, Bunny CDN. Send me your site, or contact support; I’m sure it’s just a small adjustment needed to get other CDNs working smoothly for you as well. ;)

Tubes Booster supports CDN (S3 + HLS)

Hey,

just a quick update — Tubes Booster supports CDN

You can now:

- stream videos directly from CDN
- reduce server load
- lower bandwidth usage
- handle higher traffic without issues

Setup is simple:
upload to CDN → paste URL as External URL → done.

Supported grabbers can now automatically import:

The CMS itself looks very good. The backend, as far as I could see, has few configuration options. This is perfectly adequate for beginners, but webmasters should also have a theme editor.

I also couldn't find anything regarding video storage. Can external storage options be integrated, or are all the videos downloaded to the CMS host?I also looked at the video grabbers. There are currently four available. Will there be more? Are the grabbers updated when there are changes to the grabber websites?

What I see as a major problem is the payment options. Only credit card payments are accepted, which is rather limited these days. PayPal and Bitcoin are not available.

I'm not recommending them.

bad support and no update ETA for video storage, that always in beta versions. (as they said but i never seen anything for storage solution)

Regarding backend configuration, our goal is to keep the administration area clean and easy to use. At the same time, we continuously add new settings and customization options based on user feedback. A theme editor is one of the areas we plan to expand further in the future.


As for video storage, Tubes Booster supports multiple approaches. Videos can be stored locally on your server, but the system also supports external storage solutions and CDN integrations. The best option depends on the specific infrastructure and requirements of each website.


Regarding grabbers, there are currently four available, and we plan to add more over time. Grabbers are regularly maintained and updated whenever supported websites make changes that affect the import process.


In our latest update, we significantly expanded the capabilities of the grabbers. They can now import complete channels, including header banners, profile images, and additional channel information. The system can also import models, including profile photos, biographies, and other available profile data. Our goal is to automate as much content management as possible and reduce manual work for webmasters.


As for payment methods, we currently accept credit card payments.


If you have any additional questions or feature suggestions, we would be happy to hear them. Feedback from webmasters plays an important role in helping us prioritize future development.

We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Regarding video storage, Tubes Booster supports external storage solutions. As mentioned on our website, we have tested the system with Bunny CDN, one of the largest Content Delivery Network providers. Videos can also be stored locally on your own server, depending on your preferences and infrastructure.

CDN support was released several months ago and has been available in the system for quite some time. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following our updates, where we regularly publish information about new features, improvements, and system updates.

Support requests are handled individually, and while we may not always be able to provide an exact ETA for every requested feature, we do our best to prioritize development based on customer needs and overall product direction.

In this day and age, you should really offer payment methods other than credit card.

I wanted to buy the CMS, take a look at the code, and maybe even use it and possibly make adjustments myself to suit my needs. The fact that only credit card is offered as a payment method is sure to deter many customers, including myself.
