I now noticed when a user downloads a file he needs to wait 15 minutes before the next. was that always the case?

The file corruption level is very high, and I keep getting reports of it.
I can't even check whether the file is corrupted or not at such slow speeds.

I don't know if the best solution is to delete everything and re-upload every 3-4 months... even if it's 90TB...
