Hello Sir,

upload speed depends on your network. Each of our upload server is 10Gbps uplink with NVMe drives. Your location also matters. Regarding parallel upload will forward it to our developer.

I've tried signing up on your website and I never received the email to activate the account.
Yes I checked my Spam/Junk folders and nothing numerous times. It's almost been 24 hours and no email still. There's also no contact info on your site that I could see, so could you please assist me with this?

Hello, we don't have any problems with our e-mail server. Have just tested registration from multiple mailboxes and e-mail have arrived within 5 minutes.

I've deleted your account so you can register again.

Regarding contact. These are provided in our main post of this thread. As well in our Terms of Service for abuse there is one listed in Copyright Policy. It's not that hard to find it.

I just received this message again:

We've sent activation email to your mailbox."

I applied from 2 different emails to see if I would get your "Activation" email at one of them, but neither one has got it. How long does it usually take to to get this email?

Hello Sir,

I can confirm the issue. Our tech went deeper into sending issue and we found out that gmail was bouncing back emails. We have corrected the issue on our side and registration email should be already in your mailbox.

Depends on our payout queue. Sometimes within couple hours sometimes it might be delayed up to 3-5 days if there is a delay our payment processor will enter a note into your payout so you can review it anytime at payout section.
