What is the most profitable stream or download? And what is the best niche? Warez, Porn, Scriptz, Templates, Courses? I have no interest in music or series / movies

Warez is dying if not dead, torrents dominate warez scene.

Scripts mediocre, not a bad idea however too many sites offering pretty much everything it is very rare to come across a script not already nulled so you will need to up your game

Courses I believe much $$$ so I personally would say either XXX or Courses like Udemy etc

I have used practically all hostings over the years and knownsrv + flokinet are the very best with out any questions.
