You might use an api service like 123files or videospider in combination with Psyplay. Within hours you can fill up your site with hundreds of series.

Google has to approve your site after inserting the code.

You have to inform Google your URL. If you dont do that, your ads wont show up.

You could enhance it with trailers. Actually a grey area but shouldnt give problems like streaming links.
