File Hosts - Still Popular?

Hi guys, I used to operate filehost.pw. We was never a huge file host but had solid stable traffic and a decent user base. I haven't been here for a while and just noticed that a couple of established file hosts have recently disappeared.

Do you guys (as in affiliates) still require a decent reliable file host? If so, what do you require as in features? PPD and PPS I'm guessing?
What else are important to you as affiliates? (please be realistic in your requests!).

Your thoughts and feedback would be appreciated.

I don't remember you, but you said "used to" so that means you closed down obviously.
I'm guessing users were unhappy with this, no matter how it worked out, just how it goes.

I operated filehost.pw for a year. No complaints as such and people were paid (feel free to check the thread here at WJ). The site closed simply because of some issues with our providers but we will of course be looking to avoid such issues in the future hence the reason for posting again.
