I recommend Plesk 12 or 17 (1 or 2 euros/month) (12) its free on OVH and Cpanel have a price of 9,99 € with Virtuozzo or OpeVZ distribution, also you have OVH Relase 3 (Free Panel - Based on Centos 6 x64 and Virtualmin)

I have my site here and never have any problem with DMCA. (France VPS)
