I think your file not download 30 days (video) and 60 days (file)
- If you have good rate - they will set you are premium and file never delete.

All is counted, we just dont display balances actually to not get you more confused you already are
In some hours all back to normal, nothing is lost, rewards are also counting now.

i had said you file will delete file inactive 60 days and video in 30 days.

It's the opposite,
videos 60 days, all other files 30 days.
