The reason is that we are losing money by paying too much to our users.

If you are not satisfied, you can always use other host that has better earning than us.

No point working with us if other host can offer you better earnings.

You earn like 2$ per day and you complained earnings got reduced by 1.5$.

So, technically you are just earning 50c per day, if so why are you still using us? If i am you i would definitely go to other host since our host is so bad.
