You can go for bytesized-hosting/pulsedmedia/whatbox/feralhosting/tal0ne.co.uk/xirvik or ultraseedbox all will offer you the best support and are reputable companies but I don't know which one accepts webmoney.

Yeah you are right read that on r/seedboxes subreddit they made some upgrades recently which has caused all the current issues.

I've never had a problem with Aireservers though, I've seen upload speed as high as 120MB/s and download speeds just as high. I'm getting 425GB of space of $21/month.
