Something wrong with your payment method, if it is WMZ, maybe you reach limit.

But, dont worry, when it show fail, your money will back to your balance on RG, it will be paid in the next time (next week or 1 month later)

If you use Visa/Mastercard for payments, better change to other option. Looks like they have some problems with payments on some cards or countries.
I'm just guessing, because their support is not very competent in helping. Even if you state your using cards for payments, you get an answer that you should rise limits on your Webmoney account. Where is the logic? They do not even check what options you use for payments, they just copy and paste the standard formula for each failed payment problem.

My payment for week 28 had Failed status, so I changed the payments option to Paypal and it has been added to the next payout date.

if you have $13 earned and not sent off for payment, It will only show the $12.99 plans. $30 earned? $24.99 plans and under. As you earn more BEFORE GOING TO PAYMENT, the plans under your dollar amount earned will be visble.
