Paypal payment are still not processed. So we can't request 2nd payout if 1st one is not processed. Is this fair those who request their payout via paypal.

I would like to suggest that approve paypal payout request so that user can make another payout request and when you send payment, send both payout if there is any delay.

For me the same 0 sales, if situation with rebils will be the same like in last 13 days i delete all my file , this is anough.
