How many we need wait for payment?

And "We pay max. $1 from the same IP/day" its mean, you count more views than 1 per 24h?
I have site with TV shows, and i need host who count more than 1view/24h

Note that the payment can take up to 48 hours.On weekends, mostly till Monday.
