my website suspended due to fake account. I've been using that host for a year now.

now my 2 website is suspended.

You don't have to provide accurate details such as your Country ID or such things, but it's recommended to put at least your name and surname and a valid address in your country (or in the country you're creating the account).

As a webhost employee, I would suggest to use the original details like Phone Number, City and Country to get past the fraud verification system.
We have detection system placed to match IP, Email and address and co-relates it with each other.

I say phone number because our system detects high amount orders and sends out automated call or SMS for verification.

Once you are done with your first order and using our service, You can change details to anything you wish as no one will ever check what details you have !
No one has time to go through thousands of client base and see their details :P

Is that a Question to ask ? Yes it is Necessary!! Why would you enter wrong details in the registration form!! Unless you're doing something illegal with your server.

As a web hosting provider, I recommend you to provide real details whenever you order hosting plan, it is to verify the payment and to avoid chargebacks.
