What does it take for an ad network to hand over details?

If someone had a website and they weren't following dmca notices, and the website was anonymously bought and hosted, but they had their real details with the ad network they were using, would it be hard for the people sending the dmca notices to get that person's details from the ad network?

Nope, not hard at all in fact is one of the easiest ways. All they have to do is get a court order and send it to the ad network and they will have to give up your details. Same for domain registrars, they will do this if they are a big company, I don't think small companies do this but anyways remove what ever the DMCA tells you, if you run a warez forum another user will post it anyways. DMCA's are not worth the trouble, just remove.

At the end of the day if anyone was really after you they will get you no matter what. There are so many ways for lets say the FBI to catch you if they were after you. Unless you are ThePirateBay or Warez-bb then stop worrying about it. (by the way those big sites have lawyers,etc in case you are wondering).

You seem to be very worried and if you are just starting a warez site then you don't really have to worry about it, even some big sites don't have problem with this, when they want your info they will go after your registrar company. By law they are required to give up your info with a court order and same goes for any legal business you might be associated with.
