VPS Need to move my webserver off of one of my dedicated servers

I currently have a webserver running on a dedicated server which has slowly turned into a video transcoding machine and the CPU usage of my video transcoding is impacting the webserver's performance. So basically I'd like to find an affordable VPS run this webserver from.

Required Resources:
  • Ability to copy 100GB VDI file that currently stores the WebServer. Must be able to work with me so we can point the DNS to the VPS to provide somewhat seamless transitionary period.
  • 4GB RAM
  • 8 CPU Cores
  • Hosted from SSD Hard Drives
  • Gigabit internet (1TB a month metered is more than enough for me)
  • Hosted from The Netherlands.
  • Absolutely no noisy neighbors.

Please send me a private message with a quote if you think you can realistically provide me a reliable solution.

If you need 8 Core CPU,100GB SSD space it's better to look for a dedicated server rather than going with a VPS.

I keep finding myself in these grey areas where I'm stuck in the middle between VPS and Dedicated Server so I understand your logic completely.

My current WebServer VM is running with 8 CPU Cores, but the VDI file for it is stored on a RAID1 mdadm array of 2x 2TB SATA II standard hard disks. So maybe 4-6 CPU Cores will suffice without there being any iowait issues on a SSD.

Please feel free to send me a private message if you think you might have a solution for me to subscribe to, thanks.

OK, then no problem if you weren't blowing me off for some reason. It was simply miscommunication and that happens :)
