What is needed to host an Own Dedicated RDP?

I want to Purchase My Own dedicated RDP for my personnly use. I tried nearly all RDP provider here. After Some days of purchase speed become slow. So Me and my 4 friends decided to buy own Dedicated server and will pay for it equally. But we are noops in it. So I tried to contact with my friends. But said different about it. Some said that you need to buy 1 IP for each 2 users means 3 Ip for 5 Users. and some said you need licence for Multi client access. And some said you need to install windows 7 enterprise first on your own Pc first than you can access dedicated server. So Plz tell me whole process of it. And suggest me good dedicated server as we need it only for torrenting. and cost it after all process.

You need a dedicated server with Windows Server (OS) either 2008 or 2012 on it,

You will need to buy CALs for the number or connections you will be making.

CALs would be around 5$ per each slot.
You only need 1 IP.

You need to contact your datacenter or server provider for it,

Usually they provide it, or you can sign up for Microsoft SPLA Program
Licensing Benefits with the Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA)

If CALs cost 5$ for each slot than how Giga-RDP can sell RDP at 6$
