Hello i am preparing to file suit against filegrasper (imgmoney) Under IT Act. He has done punishable act under section 468.

I just need help of members to show me the proof of earning which is unpaid and need some indian members help to punish him.

I talked with my lawyer he said he will be imprisoned for upto 7 yrs and have to pay all pending money.

Hehe Lawyer is my friend and i am from india too so its easy task for me..just need unpaid earnings screenshot so that i can continue my suit.
 
I think no 1 will provide you with required proof as major of the uploaders either upload copyrighted content or non copyrighted adult content which is illegal in India...which in either case wont help...

OP is like the guys calling the cops to report someone stealing their weed. He needs to just move on and not worry about it, many file hosts come and go you just replace the ones your using with a new one.

He is from Tamil Nadu india. I had his address and Contact No. I asked him why he scam us he replied he can't run site so he sold.

Yeah and you will be sharing his neighboring cell for uploading copyrighted images :P

In court we had not to present what type of images you had uploaded just you have to show how much you earned from that site. I talked with my lawyer he said as many claims users will make he has to pay.

I guess you know how much effort it takes to defend a case, how much time you need to wait & evenif your lawyer is not taking any money you have to payout for different fees involved. Another thing only screenshots of unpaid money doesnt mean shit in real world. Any one can prove them false by editing via photoshop.
 
filegrasper is still active on WJunction and has a file host that he is currently running. He stated he had paid all his clients, if this is not the case, provide proof below.

This kind of business model solely relies on Piracy to profit from. Hence once a detailed investigation is started you will end up in a lot of trouble. This money is not legal money. Also Adult Content viewing and sharing is a violation of law in India.

I had paid each and every member since i owned the site and also , have showed every proof to mods to make them clear that i am not owner and also i paid each and every one here.

If you have proof that you are not paid in my time you can show me or show to staff and get paid.

And also , i have posted clearly in the thread that , site has been sold and also i have paid payments. And also all members posted that they also paid by new admin . Which means , after the site sold they also process the new payments.

So no more pending payments belong to me.
 
I am not taking his side, but
1.) You using his imgmoney because you wish to earn money, Which also means you upload warez.
2.) You are uploading warez, means you are using file hosting sites to earn by breaking copyright infringement.

So basically you are the one who will go behind the bars. Since its in the ratio of 2:1 ;) Think wisely and act accordingly.

Site Sold Date : July 11


And I have paid all upto July 8th.


And two of IB members claimed they arent paid before few post. Well due to the delay in bank they also got paid even after I have sold the site. Please do feel free to ask them.


And one of the member out of 2 Indian Bank payments has said he got paid for the time I am owner.

And also if you see some below post after the site has been sold , there are many members who got their payout.

Now i get it.
1. One can upload copyrighted content and earn money off it, which is legal according to you.
2. You can also claim a lawsuit worth a few hundred $$$, for a few bucks which were also earned through copyrighted content.
Sounds Legit indeed.


And regarding the pending payments, you guys must have seen Filegrasper being banned for a day during the first week of October. This was done by WJ Staff members, specifically to investigate into this issue.

Filegrasper proved that he did pay to all the members. If you guys have proof that you haven't been paid, go ahead and Report that to the staff members (me or anyone) instead of posting such logical threads.
