ok why the same person download the same file over and over again as i said i have uploaded a file of 1.99gb and it has 10 downloads that means the file is downloaded by different users not by the same one

Dude, you don't understand. People who downloaded this file from you are not unique users, it means they downloaded some other files before they download your file. That's why it didn't count any money for you.
 
Here's a story:

I've had a share that was getting great traffic, and many clicks for sure, but on uploaded it was stuck on 2 downloads for days, than yesterday went up to 3 (and everything was fine, there was no problem getting the UL link or something).
Last night I uploaded it to a different host, guess what? 50 downloads in 7-8 hours, most of them from top countries...

I was always making the most money with uploaded, but two weeks ago the shave percentage has gone up, and I think there might be better alternatives.

the owners shaved a lot, the shaved money of the year lol, stop this BS of shaving we was making money before sep and now we make piece of them, lol ryushare and extabit count every piece of sale why uploaded is going down
