I saw that OVH has greatly reduced prices, but maybe I have to wait to the end of September or beyond, there is some reseller who can offer a kismufi 2G at the same price of OVH?

This is true. I have account on OVH and some servers. OVH have great servers. My servers have about 100% uptime with no problems. But their support is zero. If you need something they are nowhere and if they will answer to you, after 10 days.
