connection timed-out in my page

before i contact my host i wanna ask something

why i get connection timed-out in my page, after browsing for a while? when this happen my site is up according to isup.me and a proxy site.. i cant even enter to cpanel (im on a shared host btw) after sometime i can connect normally, this happened to me 4-5 times .

looks like there are some security-feature blocking you off?
do you have such features?

or your ISP has some problems (which i doupt)

Check mod_security rules, also check it's logs.

Go through your error_logs to for any potential problem, it might be php's max_execution_time

seems its a cpanel problem according to technical support

Seems like a new host with no expert technical staff, anyways hope it gets fixed soon.
