Forbid excessive bumping

Just went thru some hosts' threads and noticed how some of them bump the thread way too fucking much.

How about a rule that'd forbid excessive bumping (you may bump if you have a new promo/special/announcement)?

It's not just about you, you and Sandin0 were just the first 2 examples that came on my mind. Sandin0 sometimes does it too tho.
