By the way, you should let people know that you were suspended for high CPU.
So that a hosting company does not tell you that they can host you, and then end up suspending you, that is why i offered alternatives for you.

Exactly, most hosts who say they can handle his site and only charge him like 10$ would be lying. He does need a VPS, but when i offered he just left conversation.

Also, Sandin0 is honest. I asked him "Can I host xxxx.org here?", and he told me that I would overload the server, and getting suspended. He offered me a VPS which I am going to buy.
