I think they have their PPS plan set up so they only count a user as a premium to your account if he/she clicks on your referral link and not if he/she clicks on your download link then decides to buy a premium acct.

pps is not working and i can confirm that when pps was not introduced i made 18 premium sales via my ref link and now when i'm on pps i have not got even one sale.. but my balance increased in cents i wonder why ? may be there is a bug they will fix soon but pps is not working i can confirm.. maybe they are working to fix this and i email'd mike 3 days ago and he has not replied yet..
