Hello

Let me warn you for fsihost at fullspeedinnovations.com
Yes it happened again, old staff members(Anna,David) of WRZhost which I thought I could trust are trying to backstab me and steal clients after they got fired.
Please spread the word about it so they won't have a chance.

Buy only from WRZhost.com!

PS: We have support from a known company now so this won't happen again. I guess with an offshore host you just can't find good staff without paying tons.

This is sad Tippie. :( First nick then reece then that andrew or whatever his name is.
Yet after all this shit and $30k + down you still bring WRZHost back. :)
(Take a leaf out of tippie's book you other fail hosts which just run away.)

Hope WRZHost remains to prove all these lame other hosts that you can continue, Even with more loses then gains.

Best of luck mate. :)

Not the best of titles for your thread, if one was scanning through the threads and saw that they would may be take it to mean scamming and wrzhost were some how related.

Anyway anna was rude, so best gone.

I am having some real routing issues to my site as are some of my visitors, through a proxy i can see my site but my ftp and own connection can't connect with my site. Is this a routing issue??

What is causing this issue??? i have asked others to test from various locations and some can reach the site and some can not. That is not good.

This needs to get fixed really, since quite often i can't connect with my ftp and it gets annoying. How about getting a low risk server set up for some low risk sites in a better location?

You got screwed more than anyone I know in this industry and you are still not giving up. A lot of providers nowadays could learn something from you. Respect!

Um, 30k is a bit of exaggeration. NO ONE spends that much on hosting unless they have the money to waste.

Anyways, thanks for the heads up, WRZhost has gone through alot.

We're still trying to get all the servers back but the datacenter requires an id now and I don't wanna provide that(who gives his real details anyway on offshore hosting) so I'm figuring out some other way to get the servers back without revealing details so everyone is safe.
I expect it back tomorrow or wednesday for sure, sorry for all this shit, I wish I could have speeded it up but they're very hard to deal with as most of us know. Especially after they stopped warez linking so we had to move all servers to a safe haven again anyway.

I read somewhere that the old hosting staff took this from the paypal account or something along those lines.

WRZHost had a few paypal accounts blocked. The old staff changed the passwords to them and after 180 days took the cash which was around $10,000 per account.
I know this since i've seen screenshots from one of the WRZHost paypal accounts.

Anyway, hope everything goes well in sorting this shit Tippie you are a great guy and you don't deserve this.

Thanks for your advice, and their WHMCS his nulled, reported !

just provide the information they are asking for or ask them if we can take full backups of the servers and move them.

You really think we didn't try that? Ever worked with worldstream before?

More details about the downtime:
Check my post on the second page, it explains why it's been down.
The datacenter which contained all the servers that were down stopped warez linking ages ago(that's when the problems started), blocked all the servers and asked like a lot of money to bring them back online and also an id for basically every client we had there.
That's ridiculous and believe me we would never give out any details or anything.
Setup of vps in nl was also on hold because of this and orders will be processed asap.

edit #2: and in reality WRZHost, nothing is going to be solved for the next few days. Today xmas eve, tomorrow = xmas, and the next is boxing day. I assume IT technicians that are being uncooperative for the last 2 weeks will not be working over this holiday period.

Kayle worked very hard the past couple of days and even this christmas eve to get everything ok again.
I'm sorry about the downtime but this really was the only option we had, at least the servers are back and no data has been lost.
And who is here to inform you now? ME!
It may look like nothing was done but we called the datacenter everyday, mailed them everyday, most of the replies were from night support saying we can only solve things during business hours, people who worked with worldstream will know.

Btw, since when can you go offtopic? Mods please delete the answers that don't have anything to do with the topic title, thanks.

Why would you hire kids in the first place? They are bound to cry like babies...

Have they tried DoSing you yet? ^_^
