IT can automaticaly convert the post to html format. Saving is different thing. In v2, you can save as thema, mp blend style, simple style
In v3, all the above ones will be there but you also will be having a CUSTOM template feature so you can save the post as you like em :)

Sure :) A email would be automatically sent to all the existing users once it is released. Its taking a bit more then i thought for the release. Could be released any day now, any time. ;)
