Youtube videos playlist with timetable

Hello !

I am looking for programmer to create for me a script for youtube videos.

I want to give in xml file my youtube videos and to play that videos with timer. I mean when one visitor come just now on my website and right now my video player show the number 3
youtube video so i want this visitor to see this video like all the other visitors. Something like synchonize player i need.

If anyone can do this please answer
