Wordpress Plugin/Widget Required

Hello WJians,
Do you ever encountered a plugin or widget which is best suitable for step by step computer problem fixing or can be used as troubleshooter.

It must be something starts from very basis options and can drive users to fixing their problems upon clicking next or something like that.....???

Please help me out.

It isn't clear what kind of plugin you want.

In WP you can divide a post into pages, so that each page shows one step, and the visitor can click on a 'next' link to go further. But I'm not sure that's what you're after.

Actually I want something which can track computer problems and drive users towards solution.
like one question and 4 radio button.
User will choose one and click next... it will drive him to next question page but each option will take him to to new set of questions...

Yes but a little bit advance. As you can get sometimes in the radio button driven troubleshooter in Microsoft Help window.
