Wordpress 404 Error!

Hello,

in my VPS installed webuzo panel + nginx , everything seem to be working fine. but only main page loads and when i try to browse full url of a post i get 404 page not found. any help or tip

check your permalinks.
or delete your .htaacess then save ur setting of permalink.

Do you use plugin like wp-cache ???
what is your url let me check.
