Windows VPS with low traffic

Hi guys.

I'm looking for a Windows 2008+ VPS.
100Mbit line. I won't be using alot of traffic, so it can be limited.
At least 2Gb ram as my application will be memory intense.
Hdd doesn't need to be that large either.
Location also doesn't matter.

Any ideas? The cheaper the better.

I guessing the server is using for SEO tools?
If so, you should specified the traffic, most SEO tools use a lot traffic.

Yes, I'll be using it mostly for SEO.
No, they don't use a lot of traffic when you're using proxies which is the case for me.

Define alot of traffic.
I'll probably make do with less than 100gb /month traffic.
