VPS Windows, unmetered, private torrents.

Hi i have started multiply threads where i wanted to buy dedicated server RDP or what its called but i see that VPS is the cheapiest solution so im going for it.

My budget is max 30 $ first month.
I live in europe if that mathers.
What i would like to do on VPS.

- Download torrents from private trackers.
- RAR files with WinRAR.
- Install zoom uploader.
- Have jDownloader.
- Browse internet trough VPS.
- If possible axess to install aditionall software.
- Windows OS im used to WinXP i cant Linux or other OS.
- 100Mbps is enuff, unmetered bandwich.

Payment PayPal, demo account for 12h maximum or less so i understand how the VPS works ( never used one before )

If you send me PM dont worry i will reply, but at the moment i dont have access to a private computer so i will not be interessed to buying a vps soon.

if you don't know basic aspects of VPS/RDP etc, better you do a google search. Then after getting some idea buy the one which suits for ur needs.

just look around here and you'll find a nice offer, but stay away from these 0815 hosts which are 1month active and then shut down/
