why paypal doesnt allow walllet in india?

in my country paypal allow credit card payment but doesnt allow wallet money?
i dont know why? because wallet is far more secure and quicker in payment that credit card payment.?do you use wallet or prefer credit card payment through paypal?

Sure, it depends on the General bank of the country, between their laws and agreements, and the Paypal laws and agreements, if there is differences, finally, the PayPal facility do not support for the county.
