Which way do I remove old URLs from Google's index?

Hello, I'm looking for help. Last several months, I've been changing the URLs of my site pages, and now Google has added all the URLs, both old and recent, in the index. Which way do I erase old URLs from the index without loss?

Hi, have you updated these URLs in your sitemap and resubmitted it for indexing via the webmaster console? this should of resolved your issue.

If the new urls work perfectly, I think 'no index' tag may be perfect way to remove the old.
