Google What are good high PA and DA directory sites like DMOZ?

Hello,

Since Google has stopped giving values to directories backlinks and only prefer directories like Dmoz and Yahoo but i see Dmoz directory is shutted down recently so Please can any one tell me which are the other directories google give value for backlinks?

Keep in mind

1. Directories with too low or 0 spam score.
2. Low outbound links probably max 50.
3. Moderated directories.
