PayPal Want to create a USA Paypal Account or Other

Hello,

I am from india . i want to create a usa paypal account ( verified one )
can you tell me any process to do it ?

as i dont have usa bank account and phone no.
i need it for my business use.

You can't do that bro!:facepalm:
You need your PAN number because it's about business and money!
So, it's better that you create PayPal account with your Indian PAN.
Otherwise you need to use other Payment Gateway for your Hosting business!
And this are RBI's restriction not from PayPal.

Only option you have is to get a USA citizen to create the business in the USA file documents etc. Your name can be on them as owning part of the company or all of it. You can then list them as an employee and have them run the PayPal side of things. Contact PayPal for Business on Facebook they are a great helpful tool.

1. Both of your Paypal May or May not get limited as soon as you do it.
2. US Paypal needs SSN for verification, like you UID in india.

So, If you don't get the other Paypal account Verified or do it with fake means, then your Paypal will be Limited & you won't be able to create a new one as you don't have a new PAN card.
