Which software do you think is better for streaming? Wowza media server or ADOBE FMS ?

Wowza is way better. I happened to deploy both for clients.
Keep in mind these are mostly suitable for live streaming. If you plan to stream VODs you'd better go for Nginx.

i actually use xtream-codes didnt like wowza and tried xtream-codes and loving it... integrates epg and logos.... and streams can be seen on any smart tv or browser... have a custom made android app to login and view streams and custom kodi app

i suggest you use nginx with rtmp module, i have successfully used it for a client of mine. let me know if you still looking for a solution, i may be able to help you with that
