I've seen recently this forums has blown up with various video hosting providers. Another day, another host.
And I'm wondering how do they do this?
It seems that all the platforms have the same old design, same functions and they all do the same job.

Is there any theme / plug-in / cms / open source code available for such a project?
They seem just to copy-paste websites and just keep spawning more and more.

Maybe same people create new host, because old host close and open new host with different name

I've seen this too. Old hosts always disappear after 3 months and new hosts pop-up, with the same website, different name.
