vBulletin script help

I just came back to the scene, and been away since megaupload went down so I forgot some stuff.

I need a little help on getting a vBulletin forum working, I am use to working with vBulletin 3.x and now getting into 5.x so I was wondering what are the installing changes? Once I upload the files which are the files I needed to edit to get my forum up? If there some guide I can follow, or someone here that can help me?

Just need help installing the script is basically where I am getting at.

As far as i know there are now 2 config files you need to edit with
your details to access the database and the folders where the files are located.

Do you just install it or upgrade an existing forum ?
