Vbulletin DB Error

It was working properly yesterday night but now i see a DB Error can some 1 help me?
I also tried to upload tools.php but it is showing me DB Error again!

Appears to be working fine here, I registered a test account no problem.

Did you barley open the site? If so did you edit the config.php since that gives DB errors if not done correctly.
