Levac does Gigenet allow torrents on dedis, I read on their TOS something about File Sharing :/

No US sites allow torrents so you have to do private trackers only otherwise they'll find you and suspend your server.

USA is hotfile, fileserve

EU servers are more reliable for warez, many USA servers are locked by copyright companies :P

Are you sure, FileSonic is in NL? We get 15-40MB/s upload to FileSonic from US servers. Maybe they have servers in several places.
