The USA’s first copyright czar, Victoria Espinel, was appointed by President Obama last week and will be responsible for the enforcement of intellectual property (IP) programs both domestic and international. Espinel, who requires Senate confirmation, was a scholar at the George Mason University School of Law and also advised several White House committees in matters involving IP.

The czar’s position is charged with overseeing government anti-piracy crackdowns and, among other things, training other countries about IP enforcement. The Pro-IP Act also called for the creation of an FBI piracy unit and allows for the forfeiture of equipment used in large pirating operations. The legislation was strongly backed by Hollywood, the recording industry, unions, manufacturers and the Chamber of Commerce.

It's useless, the internet will always be free, you can not fight against the people, history has teached us that before. Even the ancients empires where not able to fight against the people freedom , the people always wins :)

Won't be able to stop all of us, but they will continue to take down others. Which means they will be making money as well.

Vicious circle that will never end IMO.
